In addition, according to him, at approximately 2:30 a.m., the Defense Headquarters recorded 7 rocket launches from Belgorod in the direction of Kharkiv.

“There are strikes in Shevchenkivskyi, Kyivskyi, Saltivskyi, Industrialnyi and Kholodnohirskyi districts. Some of the rockets hit open areas, so there was no fire. The facades of buildings were damaged by shrapnel and the blast wave, the road surface was partially destroyed. So far, there are no victims. Law enforcement officers are still working on the ground hits and record the crimes of the occupiers,” Sinegubov informed.

He also added that during the past day, the enemy continued to target peaceful objects in the Kharkiv, Bogodukhiv, Chuguyiv and Izyum districts of the region. As a result, the occupiers damaged private residential buildings and commercial buildings.

“According to the Center for Emergency Medical Assistance, 9 people were injured in Kharkiv during the day, among them a 75-year-old woman, unfortunately, died from her injuries,” said the head of the Kharkiv region.

Synegubov added that fighting continues on the contact line. The enemy is shelling the positions of the Armed Forces with barrel and rocket artillery.

“Our defenders respond with fire and cause the enemy losses in manpower and equipment. The enemy tried to break through the defense of our troops in the direction of Kozach Lopany – Udy. Ukrainian soldiers met the invaders harshly and pushed them back,” he summarized.
