According to scientists, the creature lived 100 million years ago in Patagonia and, most likely, moved on two legs. It was about one and a half meters long.A Cretaceous dinosaur named Jakapil Kanyukura was reportedly well-protected by rows of bony lamellar “armor” along its neck, back and up to its tail.

He weighed only 4-7 kg, like an ordinary domestic cat.We will remind, earlier in the north-west of Bulgaria, scientists discovered a pair of petrified panda teeth. This suggests that these cute bears once roamed Europe, where they ate much softer plants than their modern relatives.

Experts say this species was about the same size or slightly smaller than modern pandas. Judging by the material in which the fossil was found, the ancient panda probably lived in a swampy forest and fed on vegetation.
